Skilled Nursing Facility Primary Care Provider

Job Summary:
The faculty member is responsible for providing primary care visits at various skilled nursing facilities. The successful candidate will provide clinical teaching to medical students, residents, and fellows, with clinical responsibilities at UW Health inpatient and/or outpatient approved locations as part of another role.
Qualifications:
For an appointment at Clinical Associate Professor or Clinical Professor rank on CT Track, candidates will meet criteria established by the department and as outlined in the School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for promotion or appointment to Associate or Professor on the CT Track.

Required
Terminal Degree
MD/DO or Equivalent
License/Certification:
Required
Must be eligible for a WI medical license
Required
Must be board eligible in general internal medicine or family medicine by start date.
