Practice Setting:
- Family Clinic is open Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Optional 4-day work week
- There is currently 2 Physicians and 4 NPs employed by MDH seeing patients with additional provider support from partner clinics
- Option to also oversee convenience clinic
- 48-bed healthcare facility providing an impressive spectrum of advanced medical treatments and personalized health services
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary between $285,000 - $350,000+
- $250,000 Student loan repayment paid direct by employer
- $50,000-$100,000 sign-on bonus, $15,000 relocation
