- Where: Queens, NY
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
- Patients: 6-18 years old, up to 15 patients, admissions 3-4 a week prescheduled
- Pay: $300/hour, Malpractice, Travel Provided
- Requirements: Active NY License, Board Certification
