** Practice Information:**
- Focus on general Interventional Chronic and Acute Pain Conditions, working with a team of Interventionists and Physician Assistants
- Cases managed includes Cervical Radiculopathy, Facet Joint Syndrome, and Trigeminal Neuralgia
- 2 Interventionalists and 2 Physician assistants onsite
** Scheduling:**

8 AM - 4 PM, with clinical responsibilities divided between two locations
- 1:4 call rotation
