About the Role:

• NO CALL: Enjoy a work-life balance with no call responsibilities.
• Competitive Compensation: $400,000 annual base pay for full-time.
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 sign-on bonus.
• Optional Call: If you choose to take call, you'll be compensated at $300/hour for in-house call and $125/hour for backup call.
• Team Collaboration: Join a team of 10 full-time and 4 part-time MDs, and 16 CRNAs.
• Supportive Environment: Be part of a long-established and highly regarded Anesthesia team with a tradition of exceptional quality and patient care.
• Experienced Providers & New Grads Welcome: Both experienced anesthesiologists and new graduates will be considered.
