    Compensation: $600K-$700K

    • Base Salary: $450K
    • Profit Sharing: 5% *per clinic year one, 10% year two; renegotiate profit sharing year three

    Patient Population:

    • Adults
    • Low- to mid-acuity
    • Depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD

    Treatments:

    • Medication management
    • TMS
    • Talk therapy

    Duties:

    Oversee one or two clinics 15 min distance from one another.

    • 10 hrs/wk is medication management
    • 7 hrs/wk is TMS
    • 5 hrs/wk is admin
    • 10 hrs/wk is PMHNP supervision
    • Initial intakes = 40 min
    • Follow-ups = 20 min

    Compensation Details

    $450-650k

    Compensation: $600K-$700K Base Salary: $450K Profit Sharing: 5% *per clinic year one, 10% year two; renegotiate profit sharing year three
