FMOB coverage in Sauk Centre, MN

• Specialty Needed: Family Medicine w/ OB - FMOB - Full spectrum FM w/ OB, c-section required for this role
• Schedule for Clinic, Call, or Both with Call Ratio: 
•  Clinic Schedule: - 3-4 days per week 9a-5p
•  ER Schedule: 1 day every week and then will be in clinic 3 days or 1 day every other week and then the week with no ER 4 days in the clinic
• Call Schedule & responsibilities: every 3-4 weekend, on back up call for the APPs in the ER for the weekend, need to round on Hospital in-patients. We have 4 others that share the call schedule, if they get called in it will be for the Hospital inpatients or to help in the ER.
• OB Back up call- we have one MD now that does not do OB so we need a OB back up Provider for just OB calls, this needs to be covered 1-2 days per week and then on that Providers weekend
• Specific Dates of Need: ASAP once credentialed for 6-12 months
• Required Procedures/Cases Details: 1st assist C/S
• OB/GYN 
• # of clinic patients per day: 12-20; When rounding (after being called back in): Avg. of 5-10 PPD
• Will they need to perform OB & GYN cases? FM with OB
• C-sections & GYN surgeries? C-sections
• Required Certifications: (Specialty Boards, ATLS, ACLS, BLS, NRP, etc.) : Candidates must be board certified in the area they will work or BE with less than one year from completion of residency
• Hospital/Practice Information: 
• EMR System: EPIC
• Bed Count: 25 beds
• NICU/PICU/Trauma Level: Critical Access, Level IV Trauma
• Support Staff(Perm Docs, NPs, CNMs, Anesthesia): RNs, MAs, APPs
