Intuitive Search Partners is helping a client find experienced NP/PA providers to join their Urgent Care team in Portland, Oregon and/or Vancouver Washington Area!

- Excellent work/life balance with no call - Flexible Scheduling
- Can be anchored at one center with a dedicated team allowing increased ownership of your center's success. (Some providers prefer to float in a general area for variety)
- Our modern, state-of-the-art centers are equipped with advanced technology, including point-of-care testing, on-site X-ray, and an in-house lab for faster results—all designed to boost your efficiency and clinical success.
- Our providers handle a wide range of common urgent care conditions and procedures, complemented by occasional 'light touch' primary care and occupational medicine cases. It's this variety that keeps the work engaging and dynamic.
- Work alongside a dynamic team - Each center has a dedicated on-site clinic manager, front desk, XRay tech and MAs in back
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule in a 2-week block is 5 shifts, plus every other weekend
- Center Hours: Monday - Friday: 8 am to 8 pm; Saturday - Sunday: 9 am to 6 pm

Where you will live - About Portland, Oregon:
Portland, Oregon’s largest city, sits on the Columbia and Willamette Rivers in the shadow of snow-capped Mount Hood. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience preferred
- Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP) from an accredited program.
- Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
- State licensed
- Experience treating patients ages 6 months and up in an acute care setting.
- Strong clinical skills including laboratory interpretation and diagnostic reasoning
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development

Compensation Details
$124-187k
Benefits Offered: Free healthcare services provided by AFC Portland for employees, spouse & dependents. 401K at 1 year, with 3% Employer Contribution Full time fringe benefits include PTO, CME, licensing and membership fee. (Increase based on tenure)
