🌟 Locum Tenens Opportunity: Physician - Gastroenterology Durango, CO

Start Date: 11/3/2025 | Schedule: 7:30a-5p hourly/clinic, night call & 24 hour call.

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist for an exciting Locum Tenens opportunity in Durango, Colorado

​

Position Overview:

Approximately 14 shifts per month - As the calendar fills with providers this will be limited.

Mon-Friday - 7:30a-5p - Onsite scoping with Emergency Room coverage - Hourly

Mon-Friday - 5p-7:30a - Night call

Sat-Sun - 7:30a-7:30a - 24 hour call.

Setting: Call, Scoping, Emergency Room, Inpatient, Outpatient Trauma Level III

FTE: 1.0

Required Procedures: Scoping, EGD, colonoscopy, manometry, flex sigs and 24-hour PH probe.

Required job duties: Providers must signs all orders and notes. Locum is responsible to complete all orders that the physician's requests, including pathology orders (results may come in while provider is not on assignment and still must be completed in a timely manner.)

EMR: EPIC

Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN

Board Certified Gastroenterology – Required

Active CO license

Gastro Fellowship - Required

Active DEA-
