General Cardiologist Needed in Iowa

Start Date is dependent on when a provider can be credentialed.

Required: IA State License, CSR, & DEA are all required to start. As well as TB 2 step Mantoux with 1 year or a QuantiFERON Gold within 2 years and current flu (no exemptions).

Procedures: ECHOS, Stress Tests, TEE’s, EKG, Holter Monitor Interpretation, Cardioversion & Nuclear.
