Remote Overnight Position | 7on/14off | $650k

POSITION SUMMARY

Southwest Desert Radiology is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Radiologist to join our remote overnight coverage team. Our night team provides final ED reads for two rural hospitals in western Arizona. This is a unique overnight position with reasonable case volumes, top-level compensation, and focus on work-life balance. We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefit package, including a $50k sign-on bonus and an RVU-based productivity bonus to further increase income.

POSITION DUTIES AND BENEFITS

• Remote, overnight diagnostic position covering from 9pm-7am Arizona time on a 7-on/14-off schedule.
• Perform final diagnostic reads for two rural community hospitals in Arizona.
• Primarily basic ED cases with relatively few inpatient and MRI exams.
• Base Salary/Benefit package of $600k with $50k sign-on bonus.
• Benefits package includes health and malpractice insurance, retirement contribution, and more.
• Internal moonlighting options available if desired to further increase income.
