Quick Facts
- Hybrid outpatient position; Monday through Friday with up to 2 days remote
- Must have active New York license or be willing to obtain
- Must be willing to travel between multiple centers within the area
- Participate in intake process, provide medication management, and review treatment plans
- Work as part of an multi-disciplinary team with psychiatrists and PMHNPs
