  • The Department of Family & Community Medicine at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is currently recruiting for a Behavioral Health faculty member in Hershey, PA.

    The Behavioral Health faculty member is responsible for assisting the directors of the Family and Community Medicine Residency Program of 24 residents with the development of the behavioral health components of our extraordinary residency program, including wellness and behavioral health curriculum.

    What We’re Seeking:

    · Must have PhD or PsyD (doctoral degree in behavioral health) or MD, DO, or foreign equivalent

    · Ability to acquire license in the State of Pennsylvania in appropriate field

    · BC/BE in Family Medicine

    · Advanced individual and group counseling skills are required

    · Strong knowledge of medical education, social determinants of health, professionalism, wellness, diversity equity inclusion and belonging preferred

    · Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Family Medicine residents or medical students
