- Flexible path to partnership.
- Thanks to the abundance of APPs and nurses, physicians are out of the office by 4/4:30.
- Time off: 5 weeks as an Associate, 7 weeks as a partner, and then every 5 years another week is added up to a maximum of 12 weeks’ vacation.
- Reasonable call: 1:8 following the next hire. Very few night calls and consults.
- Well-balanced inpatient/outpatient mix. Approximately 10% hospital, 45% office, 45% ASC.
- You will receive a significant amount of Profit Interest shares when you become a partner.
