       Details:

      • Schedule: M–F, 8a–5p (Fri 7:30a–5p)
      • Call: 7–10 days/month (24-hr beeper)
      • Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient
      • Volume: ~16 clinic PPD, 2–6 procedures/day, 8–10 cystos & TRUS/day
      • Cases: General Urology
      • Patients: 98% adult, 2% peds
      • Support: 1 APP, 7 MAs
      • EMR: EPIC

      Requirements:

      • Active CA license (no wait)
      • BC in Urology, BLS, 12+ months experience

      Credentialing: 30–90 days
