Job Title: Lead Internal Medicine Physician

Job Description:

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Internal Medicine Physician to join and lead our Linden Medical Group in Penfield, NY. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality medical care in a supportive and collaborative environment, while also taking on leadership responsibilities within the practice.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of New York.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal medicine, with a strong preference for previous leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and a commitment to using technology to enhance patient care.

Compensation Details

$200-250k

**PAY RANGE:** $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
