The Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking candidates for an Assistant, Associate or Full Professor position in either the tenure or non-tenure track to support the growth of MFM care in Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, York and Lancaster Counties.
Opportunity Highlights:
• This opportunity will support the expansion of Maternal-Fetal Medicine services throughout the growing Penn State Health system. It will include clinical care of high-risk patients (consultation, genetics, prenatal diagnosis/treatment) with the support of an AIUM-certified obstetrical ultrasound unit, as well as teaching, community outreach, and research opportunities as part of the academic mission.
• Penn State Health is home to the Complex Fetal Care Center (CFCC)-a multidisciplinary collaborative center dedicated to the care of pregnant patients with fetal medical and surgical conditions. Maternal-Fetal Medicine works closely with pediatric subspecialties such as surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, neurology and neurosurgery, urology and palliative care to create comprehensive, individualized patient care and delivery plans for this high-risk patient population. Penn State Health has the only level IV NICU in the region, enabling us to care for the highest risk mothers and infants under one roof.
• Penn State Health has a large referral base and catchment area providing a broad range of high-risk patients. With our supportive departmental and institutional leadership, it is easy to develop the subspecialty niche of your choice here in central Pennsylvania.

What we’re seeking
• M.D., D.O., or equivalent degree
• Candidates must be BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Commitment to patient care, education, and research
• Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
• Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificate
