1. CRNA-only setting
2. 100% gastrointestinal (GI) cases
3. Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM
4. 8-hour minimum guaranteed pay per day
5. Overtime pay after 8 hours daily
6. 30-day credentialing process
7. Competitive hourly rates with mileage reimbursement
