Position Highlights:

• Pediatric Primary Care with a dedicated patient panel in a team-based practice
• Seeking Full-Time commitment of 34 scheduled care hours across 4 days per week
• Autonomy in practice while collaborating with team to provide quality outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start
• BC/BE in Pediatric Medicine
• Active and Unrestricted DEA license and CT CSR prior to start
