###### Outpatient only with no call.
###### Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite.

###### Two providers, two clinical nurses and one MA per shift.
###### Clinic hours are weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and weekends from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
