This facility is seeking an Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
• Job Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
• Types of Cases: General Ophthalmology cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temporary privileges available
• Active Wisconsin license and Basic Life Support required
• Electronic Record (EMR): Epic
