Details:

Primary Care Physician -Annual Compensation: $250,000 (for Residents and a little more for experienced PCP’s.) -Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 -Annual Incentive Bonus: up to 28% of Base Compensation (Most make a 20% Annual Incentive Bonus or $50,000) -Partnership Opportunity after 3 years (No buy-in)

-25 Days of PTO -5 CME days -9 Holidays (2 of the 9 days are floating holidays where-employee selects these days.) -Major Medical/Dental/Vision -Company Paid Long and Short-Term Disability; and Company paid Life Insurance (Employee may elect more coverage) -401K (No match as of yet) -Malpractice Covered along with Tail Coverage.

-Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (NO evenings nor weekends.) -Call is 1:8. As you know, call for our model of care is not arduous.

Physicians have small panels of 400 patients or less where they see around 10 to 13 patients per day, practice at the top of their licenses, complete charting during office hours, and have a life outside of the office. They have the freedom to provide the kind of care that you would want your grandparents to receive.
