Anesthesiologist needed in Charleston, WV $350+/hour + Travel and Lodging

📅 Start Date: As soon as credentialed 📍 Location: Charleston, WV 📄 Contract Length: 6–12 months 🕒 Schedule:

• Shifts: 8s or 10s
• Start time: 7:00 AM until cases are completed
• As OR volume decreases, physicians are released incrementally
• Possible call coverage may be needed, but not guaranteed

🏥 Practice Setting:

• Hospital – Level 1 Trauma Center

📈 Work Details:

• Case variety: Full spectrum of surgical procedures, including OB and pediatrics
• Transplants: Kidney only (no liver, heart, etc.)
• Support: Team includes other Anesthesiologists and CRNAs
• Skills Required: OB, epidurals (performed individually), 4:1 supervision model
• Patient Population: All ages
• EMR: Cerner
• Facility Bed Sizes:
• CAMC: 845 beds
• Memorial: 120 beds
• Women’s & Children’s: 48 pediatric beds, 32-bed Level III NICU, 6-bed PICU, 4-bed Intermediate Care Unit

✅ Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required
• Licensure: WV license required; temp license available for qualified candidates
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS required
• Experience: OB and pediatric experience preferred

📝 Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
