CNM needed in Upstate New York

Location: 1 hour South of Rochester, NY

Provider needed: Locums Certified Nurse Midwife

Dates: 6-8 shifts per month, ongoing for 6+ months

Type of coverage needed: Clinic + Beeper Call

Volume: 20 PPD in clinic, 450 deliveries per year

EMR: EPIC

Credentialing timeline: 2-3 months

Accommodations: Flights, lodging, rental car, malpractice insurance all covered
