Job Title: Perm - Physician - Family Medicine Location: Fort Morgan, CO

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – Required.
• 3+ years of Primary Care experience – Required.
• Active Colorado medical license – Highly preferred.
• Clean malpractice history – Highly preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination – Required.
• Candidates requiring visa support (J1/H1B) must disclose at the time of application.

Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

State License Requirements:
