The Everett Clinic, part of Optum, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in Shoreline, WA at our Shoreline Clinic. This is a traditional outpatient primary care position.

$100,000 incentive available for well-qualified physicians.

Position Details:

• Outpatient Primary Care including office consults, annual visits, follow up appointments and in office procedures
• Work life balance with a 4 Day work week
• Strong Medical Assistants, RNs, and Clinical support
• Call is light and shared | Triage RN call
• Specialists on-site

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted WA Physician License or the ability to obtain prior to start
• Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experienced preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Current BLS, ACLS certification
• EMR Proficient – EPIC preferred

For Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $237,360 to $331,700. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
