Primary Responsibilities:
- Effectively collaborate with referring physicians and other professionals to provide optimum patient care
- Provide comprehensive consultations by evaluating patient conditions and screening for diseases related to the Ear, Nose and Throat
- Provides evaluations and surgical interventions for the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea
- Frequently performed procedures include: tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, ear tube placement, sinus surgery, septoplasty, thyroidectomy, para-thyroidectomy, and vocal cord surgery

Required Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O.
- Must be board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology
- Active Ohio Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
