Job Title: Family Medicine Physician Location: Saint Alphonsus Caldwell Health Plaza, Caldwell, ID Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: Mid-September 2025

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG), part of Saint Alphonsus Health System, is seeking multiple Family Medicine Physicians (MD/DO) to join a physician-led multi-specialty group practice. The new 45,000+ square foot facility, set to open in fall 2025 in the growing suburbs of Boise, Idaho, will be home to several primary care services, and we are looking for passionate physicians to join our team.

We are open to Residents who wish to practice together in this new facility.

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Manage a full-time schedule with 34 patient contact hours per week, with the option of a 4- or 5-day work week.
• Participate in a shared call schedule (approximately 1:40), which includes weekend rotations.
• Utilize EPIC EMR, with integrated AI charting capabilities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to best practices, policies, and procedures as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• MD/DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must become Board Certified within 3 years of employment).
• Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program.
• Possess or be willing to obtain an Idaho state medical license.
• Possess or be willing to obtain CSR/CDS and DEA registration.
• Must have a clean license and malpractice history.
• Not open to 1099 or visa candidates.
• Open to Locum-to-Perm candidates.
