Farmington is conveniently located just an hour from St. Louis, MO. Join an established and growing multi-specialty clinic with dozens of primary care providers.

Position Highlights:

• 100% Urology Practice
• Clinic located on the hospital campus
• Light call responsibilities for clinic
• Join a well-established multi-specialty clinic
• Strong referral base of a dozen primary care providers and 3 OBGyns
• Patients are typically 18 years and older
• Clinic is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Develop your ideal practice setting and schedule that works for you
• Dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider
• Strong support staff within the clinics
• J1 Visa candidates welcome - High HPSA Score

Compensation and Benefits:

• $30,000 signing bonus and a relocation package
• 2 Year Guarantee followed by wRVU based compensation model
