Associate Chief of Staff, Ambulatory Care in Syracuse NY

The Syracuse Veterans Health System is seeking a Board Certified physician to fill our Associate Chief of Staff, Ambulatory Care position.

As an ACoS, you will have the opportunity to shape the primary care experience for our veterans and influence their experience right from the start.

The Syracuse VAMC is a Tier 1c facility, serving the Central New York region with one main facility and three outpatient clinics. We are home to a Spinal Care Specialty unit and partner / co-located with SUNY Upstate teaching hospital. This allows for providers to also be involved in teaching and Academia.

Syracuse is located five hours northwest of New York City, halfway between Albany and Buffalo. With a competitive housing market (lower than most big cities), easy commute from the countryside or a small town and great schools, Syracuse is a great place to build a career and raise a family.
