What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A Vision for Excellence: You're passionate about improving outcomes and advancing care for patients with complex joint conditions.
  • Subspecialty Expertise: Fellowship training in adult reconstruction is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to manage primary and revision total joint cases.
  • Board Certification/Eligibility: You are board-certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery, with plans to certify within five years of hire.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: You excel in working with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring future orthopedic surgeons.

Compensation Details

$500-700k

**PAY RANGE:** $500,000.00 - $700,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
