$40k Sign On: Outpatient Primary Care in West Palm Beach

Conviva Senior Primary Care in the Treasure Coast is looking to add a new Primary Care Physician to our team at our Port St. Lucie office. Total compensation of $300,000+, inclusive of base salary and incentive pay. Sign on bonus of $30,000.

About the role:

• Monday-Friday, 8-5 Hours in an Outpatient Setting
• Low patient volume under a value-based care model
• Team-based model with daily huddles
• Full support staff including care coaches, MAs and APPs
• eCW EMR system

Benefits:

• Base salary plus 20% quality incentive pay, for total earnings up to $300,000
• Sign-on bonus of $30,000
• Relocation offered where applicable
• Occurrence-based malpractice

Requirements:

• BC/BE
• Florida Licensure
• Experience with geriatric primary care
• Spanish fluency in a medical setting a plus
