Good morning, Adam with Aya. I have an opportunity for onsite mammography locums for two weeks in June with the potential to extend. Take a look at the details and let me know if you are interested!

1. Location: Northern Arizona, about 2 hrs from Phoenix but direct flights are available

• Position is Mon-Fr, 8a-5p
• Onsite only (must be available for procedures!)

1. 18 patients per day. Estimating 7 procedures and 4-5 biopsies per day.
2. Cerner EMR, Phillips PACS, Hologic equipment
3. Applicants must be AZ licensed with current MQSA documentation.
4. Fellowship in mammography strongly preferred but commensurate experience will be considered.
5. We can cover all travel and lodging expenses
