Advocate Health in Oshkosh, Wisconsin is seeking a primary care physician who enjoys nursing home care to grow our geriatric program as a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physician. This position is part of a stable health care system that is committed to achieving high quality health care.

• Join a team of two physicians and two NP’s in our SNFist program in Oshkosh and Fond du Lac
• Incoming clinician will primarily be covering three facilities in Oshkosh
• Salary from $268,159 to $268,159
• Stable health care system in top decile for quality of patient care
• Physician-led medical group with established primary care service lines
