  • Santa Maria Women's Health Center is seeking an experienced OBGYN to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about women's health and dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients. As an experienced OBGYN, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of obstetric and gynecological conditions, as well as providing comprehensive prenatal and postnatal care to expectant mothers.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations of patients.
    2. Diagnose and treat obstetric and gynecological conditions.
    3. Provide prenatal care, including routine screenings, monitoring fetal development, and addressing any maternal health questions.
    4. Perform deliveries at Marian Regional Medical Center.
    5. Perform gynecological surgeries, such as laparoscopies, and colposcopies, when indicated.
    6. Educate patients about reproductive health.
    7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
    8. Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education activities.
    9. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of medical practice, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.

    Qualifications:

    1. Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
    2. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
    3. Valid CA medical license and DEA registration.
    4. Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as an OBGYN.
    5. Proficiency in obstetric and gynecological procedures.
    6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
    8. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
    9. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage as needed.
    10. Proficiency in Spanish preferred.
    11. Demonstrated commitment to community outreach and women's health advocacy.

    Guarantee Base Salary + production incentive $50,000 Sign On Bonus $20,000 Relocation Assistance $12,000 Quality Bonus $12,000 APP Supervision (Optional) $3,000 CME Annual Allowance Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, etc.
