9 wks Vacation, Rare In House Call, No OB Nights

1. Our Anesthesiologists have great relationships with our Surgeons. Our Surgeons appreciate their skill set and expertise, which creates an excellent work environment and a truly team-based approach.
2. Up to 3:1 medical direction as well as performing own cases around 30% of the time.
3. Case mix at two hospitals (Expected to provide some coverage at both facilities, hospitals are 4 miles apart): General, plastics, urology, GYN, peds dental, OB, neuro, cath lab, ortho, level II trauma.
4. 4 - 6 pager calls per month
5. Opportunities for leadership within Anesthesia department
6. Strong support from executive leadership
7. Nonprofit hospital employed, which qualifies for the PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program)
