Seeking Skilled Breast Surgeon for Leading Healthcare Facility on Maryland's Eastern Shore

TidalHealth is seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon to join our collaborative team in Salisbury, Maryland and Seaford, Delaware. What You’ll Do:

• Perform breast surgeries, including lumpectomies, mastectomies, reconstructions, and biopsies (US-guided & stereotactic)
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and plastic surgeons in a team-based care model
• Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care
• Participate in teaching and mentoring through our surgical residency program
• Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
