Our practice in Tryon, NC is seeking a physician to join our established care team and transition to the role of site Medical Director.

• Advance into a physician leadership position within 1 year
• Practice within an advanced primary care model supported by a robust care team including case management and transitions of care RNs, community health workers, MAs and documentation support
• Average of 15 patients per day
• Relocation assistance up to $25,000
