TeleCardiology Moonlighting - Outpatient Heart Failure - OK

We are growing! Our team is hiring for Advanced Heart Failure-trained cardiologists with an interest in a supplemental clinical engagement with a fully virtual cardiology telehealth company providing specialized care for outpatient heart failure management.

Our mission is to deliver a world-class member experience and improve patient access to the best healthcare providers, devices, and therapies.

Through a combination of evidence-based therapy, remote patient monitoring, and health coaching, we intend to improve members’ quality of life across the nation - starting with heart health. With our virtual platform, we have built a team of cardiologists, registered nurses, health coaches and pharmacy technicians around revolutionizing member care.

Responsibilities:

• New and follow-up cardiology consults by video;
• Fully remote w flexible, self-schedule (5+ hours/week)
• Medication management - Guideline Directed Medication Therapy for heart failure patients
• Communicate with registered nurses appropriately for patient care
• Optional: Read echocardiograms
• EMR: Elation

Requirements:

• Board-eligible or Board-certified in Cardiology, Advanced Heart Failure training preferred
• OK, TX, and/or KY medical license

Cardiac Imaging Interpretations: 
Skilled readers that integrate into existing workflow to interpret growing volumes of CT and MR images, reducing interpretation backlogs and enabling employed cardiologists to focus on direct patient care while improving patient throughput. 

Telehealth: 
Dedicated telehealth providers deliver inpatient and outpatient care, improving patient access, and optimizing staff physician allocation. Additional programs include collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers across all specialties, annual peer reviews, and medical directorship agreements to support partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient psychiatric care programs.
