Family Medicine Physicians – South King County, WA (Maple Valley, Kent, Covington, and Renton Clinics (1.0 FTE)
We are currently hiring for full-time (1.0 FTE) Primary Care Physicians for our several of our primary care clinics.
We are known for serving the community and we have a dedicated team of providers, support staff, and effective leaders who foster a collaborative and collegial work culture. We have a team-based model approach to patient care and serve a diverse group of patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Qualifications:
· BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
· Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
Clinics Overview:
· Schedule – Generally 7a-5:30p; 4-10’s or 5-8’s
· Call – Limited schedule – very few nights/weekends per year
· Patients per day - ~20 average
· Provider to MA ratio: minimum 1:1.5
· Providers – 8 Physicians and 2 APPs on average
· E-consult capability
· Phlebotomists – on site
· Multispecialty clinics through our service area

The Valley Medical Center Clinic Network includes primary care clinics in Covington, Kent, Maple Valley, Newcastle and Renton serve as a medical home for care management. Our urgent care clinics provide a safety net of after-hours care, including telehealth and walk-in consults. Coordinating care and resources is streamlined as we also have 50+ specialty clinics that provide access throughout our district.

Compensation Details
$270-490k
Compensation amounts may include additional incentives. Valley Medical Center offers valuable healthy living benefits including group medical insurance, group dental insurance, a 403(b) Retirement Plan, life and AD&D insurance, supplemental life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability, supplemental long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, carpool incentives, parking, bereavement leave, jury duty, and an employee assistance program. You may also be eligible to receive 76 hours of sick leave, 7 days of holiday leave, and 2 floating holidays throughout the calendar year. You also earn 20 to 25 days of vacation leave per calendar year based on position and years of service.
