The Opportunity:
The SSM Health Dean Medical Group- Whitewater Clinic is actively recruiting an experienced full time (.8-1.0 fte) Nurse Practitioner to join the Family Medicine department at our Whitewater, WI location. The Family Medicine department consists of 2 physicians & 1 advanced practitioner.

Qualifications:
- Recent primary care advanced practice experience strongly preferred
- Graduate of nationally accredited (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- Ability to obtain Wisconsin NP licensure
