POSITION DETAILS

• BC/BE General Gastroenterologist needed
• Open to practicing physicians or candidates coming out of training
• 27 Gastroenterologists currently
• Large referral network with >900 physicians
• 2 year track to shareholder status
• EPIC EMR
• Clinic coverage will be in Naperville.
• Hospital coverage at Edward Hospital in Naperville

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that include healthcare navigation assistance and medical coverage at 100% (after deductible) when utilizing a Duly provider. Employer provided life and disability insurance

• Access to a non-qualified deferred compensation plan once eligibility requirements are met
• Eligible for sign-on and relocation bonus and loan forgiveness option
• Catalyst stipend of $2,500/month while completing training
• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $475,000 - $525,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $500,000 - $675,000.
