Practice Setting
- Practice includes a focus on thyroid biopsies and a wide variety of endocrinology cases
- Collaborative environment with strong support staff, including 4 diabetes educators, 1 MA, and 1 LVN per physician
- Supportive, team-focused practice culture that allows you to focus solely on patient care without administrative burdens
- Opportunities for academic involvement
** Schedule**

Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with a half-day on Fridays
- 1:7 on-call schedule
- Phone call/e-consults only, with no hospital rounding. Rarely impacts quality of life, with additional phone and screening support to ease after-hours duties
- Work-life balance with the flexibility to live anywhere, no need to be within a specific radius of the hospital
** Compensation & Benefits**
- Competitive compensation with transition to a productivity-based RVU model
- Signing bonus up to $20,000 and quality bonuses up to $10,000 per year

- 30 days of time off, CME allowance of $4,000 per year, relocation assistance, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
