Duties & Responsibilities:
• Practice the full scope of General Urology clinical care
• Develop patient treatment plans
• Provide on-call coverage
• Establish and support professional working relationships with clinical service providers within the medical center, outpatient clinics (OPCs) and the community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs)

Compensation Details
$280-400k
•Excellent compensation – You will receive an excellent base salary with biennial market pay raises & annual cost of living pay raises •Permanent Change of Station (Relocation Assistance): May be Authorized •Sign-on incentive – Authorized for highly qualified applicants. •Student Loan Forgiveness (EDRP) - Up to $200,000 in student loan reimbursement available •Daily work schedule – Monday thru Friday – 8:00 am – 4:30 pm •Time away from practice – 26 days of annual leave, 13 annual sick days and 11 paid federal holidays •Insurance – Federal health / vision / dental / term life / long-term care available •Annual CME allowance with 5 days for attending CME events. •Malpractice Insurance – Free liability protection with tail coverage provided •Retirement/Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) - Traditional federal pension and federal 401K (TSP) with up to 5% in contributions by VA. •Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory Contract: No Physician Employment Contract.
