    Employment Opportunity Details:

    • Above average base salary, annual retention bonus, annual performance/metric bonus and option for additional shift work for pay

    • Hearty sign on bonus and relocation eligible • Occurrence Based Malpractice coverage

    • Call will be equitably distributed among call takers. M-F 3p-7a, Sun 7a-7a. Saturdays are taken separately from the week. The week is taken 1 week at a time with post call week off. Call is taken from home, in house not required.

    • No OB! • 8 weeks' vacation/PTO • Practice solo (60%) or Medical Direction (40%), with ideal of 1:3 coverage, some 1:2, rare 1:4

    • Peripheral Nerve Blocks are a must with strong Ultrasound regional skills required

    • Patient draw base of over 500K • Level 3 trauma center

    • Wide variety of cases- almost all except major trauma and transplant! Cardiac is taken by a separate team

    • Wide variety of ages: peds (healthy) 6mo and up!

    Qualifications:

    • BC/BE, ACLS, BLS

    • MD/DO Indiana License or eligible

    • Excellent communication skills
