An Alabama healthcare practice is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their team for a locum tenens assignment.

** Practice Setting**

• Outpatient medical setting
• Patients are aged 2 and up

• Average volume of 12-14 patients per day

  • Charting: Epic

** Cases and Procedures**

• Full primary care (physicals, chronic condition management, acute episodic care, full lab services, immunizations, shots)

  • Minor acute care

** Schedule**

• M 7-3 T 7-3 W 9-5 Th 7-3 F 7-2

  • No call

** Requirements**

• Certified Family Medicine Physician
• BLS and DEA certifications required
• Alabama medical license
• Minimum of 36 months of experience
