MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking a BE/BC Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join its established multispecialty group. This is a hospital-employed position with a built-in patient base, a collegial orthopedic team, and excellent administrative support.
- Focus on non-operative musculoskeletal care and conservative joint management—no surgical responsibilities.
- Must be proficient in EMGs.
- See patients with joint-related issues that do not require surgery, with quick ramp-up due to strong demand.
- Join a collaborative team working alongside busy orthopedic surgeons.
- Inherit volume created by recent program changes and physician departures.
- Play a key role in shaping and growing the PM&R service line in a community with significant need.
