Waupun Memorial Hospital is actively seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic Emergency Department team on a part-time basis! The department currently consists of 7 physicians and has up to 10,000 visits annually. New and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Details:

• Level 4 trauma designation
• Critical Access Hospital
  • Will include some peds
• Day shift
• On-the-job training
• Lab and imaging (including CT and ultrasound) are available

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) Program
  • NPs can have ACNP or FNP certifications
• Ability to obtain PA licensure in Wisconsin
