Locum - Physician - Hematology Oncology

DETAILS:

1. Practice Setting: Inpatient coverage only.

2. Dates of Coverage: Needed by end of January at the latest. Needed for a minimum of nine month

3. Call Schedule: 5 pm to 8 am - Call volumes low - average 1-2 calls per night

4. Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult

5. Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 10+

6. Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 1

7. Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

RATE: $280 Per/Hr

OT: 1.5 Of Regular Rate

1. ABMS Board Certified Hematology/Oncology - Required

2. MN State License- Required

3. BLS- Required
