Schedule: around 4 hours/week

Job Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited School of Medicine and completion of appropriate residency
• Active Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
• Current and unrestricted licensure in applicable state(s)
